A privacy notice, a cookie notice and terms if you need them. They are required, they are mostly boilerplate and they are included.
Forms
Your first standard form is free. Start at zero if your site does not need one at all, which is a perfectly good answer.
Standard form
More fields than a contact form, and it routes somewhere specific. A booking enquiry, a quote request, a consultation form that knows which service you clicked from.
Advanced form
File uploads, multiple conditional questions, multiple steps, or anything that has to store what it collects rather than just email it. A PDF submission form is the usual one.
What else does it need
Hosting, security, SEO and analytics are already in the base. These are the things that are genuinely extra work.

R275 pmR150 covers hosting, DNS, SSL, backups and monitoring. R25 per page covers my time watching and patching it. Small changes are free. The minimum is R200 a month. Your domain is billed by the registrar in your own name.
